Maintenance cleaning allows us to maintain your home at a professionally cleaned level. If you haven’t had another professional cleaning service recently, you will likely need a deep clean so that we can be efficient in cleaning your home, and it helps reduce your recurring cost. If you elect to not have an initial deep clean, and we recommend it, then we can customize a recurring clean that lands between a maintenance clean and a deep clean. The recurring cost will be higher than the normal maintenance clean, but you will not have the initial expense of a deep clean. We can give you estimates of a deep clean, maintenance clean, and the mid-maintenance/deep clean so you can evaluate your best options.
Yes, you can schedule a deep clean on a recurring basis. You may choose this option if you feel the deep clean is a better fit for you than a maitenance clean. We may also recommend a recurring deep clean instead of a maintenance clean if you have a busy household with many children and pets, and you are not able to maintain any cleaning or tidying on your own between service.
We can schedule your recurring cleans every week, every 2 weeks (biweekly), or every 4 weeks (monthly). We will work with you on your preferred days of service as well as timing during the day, such as early/mid-morning or early/mid-afternoon.

When we set up your recurring schedule, we will assign a cleaning tech to you. Most of the time your assigned tech will provide your service. However, there may be times another tech will cover for your assigned tech in the case of sickness or vacation. If you reschedule, change days of service, or the time of day for your service, then you could be assigned a different tech.
Tips are never expected, but it is a great way to say “thank you” to your cleaning tech! You may leave cash tips at the time of service, or ask us to add a specific tip amount to your invoices.

The night before service, you can clear countertops and furniture surfaces of clutter, and pick up clutter from the floors and put it away. Some people find it easiest to collect toys or like items in baskets or bins to allow us to quickly and safely handle many items. All of our cleaning packages include light tidying, but picking up or containing the bulk of your clutter allows us to offer you the best price for service because we are not spending time moving or putting away items.
We require a 48-hour notice if you need to skip a service or reschedule a service. This notice gives us time to fill your spot so that our cleaning techs receive the hours of work they need. We will charge a $50 fee if we receive your request less than 48 hours before the start of your scheduled service.
